Q. What is meant by my account?
Ans. My Account is actually your profile on our site where you can view your account & billing history, update your contact info, change your password and manage your user name with personal data. Q. Forgot my password, what to do?
Don’t worry if you forget your password. Follow these steps to reset your password:

Q. How to track my consignment of the orders?
Ans. On the header section you’ll get ‘Track Order’ option. As you’ll enter your order ID, you’ll be asked to enter mobile number and billing email id. Fill in the required fields and see the current status of your order.

Q. What details are needed to place an order? Ans. We need the following details while you place an order:

  • Recipient's name
  • Contact number of the recipient
  • Complete delivery address (with pin code)
  • Date of delivery

Q. What is giftalove.com return policy?
Ans. There is no return policy of giftalove.com. If you got a wrong or defective product then you have to send the snap shot of that particular received product along with your order id within 24 hours of the product delivery at support@giftalove.com and we will send a complimentary product (same as you ordered) to the same address. You don’t need to return the wrong or defective product but between 24 hours of delivery of wrong or damaged product if you don’t mail us the snapshot on support@giftalove.com then the company will not accept anything.

Q. What to do if the receiver has refused a delivery?
Ans. giftalove.com will consider the order delivered even after the recipient refuses a delivery and there would not be any refund for that.

Ans. Yes, all orders are delivered during standard business hours 9 A.M. TO 7 P.M. unless it’s a midnight or a fix time delivery.

Ans. Yes you can. You can choose a particular time of delivery but additional charges will be added with the price of the product.

Q. Do you provide midnight delivery?
Ans. Yes, you can place an order for midnight delivery with additional delivery charges.

Q. Is there any shipping charges with orders?
Ans. There is no shipping charges included for next day delivery and same day delivery(excluding for fixed time delivery). For courier orders, lately there is no shipping charges.

Ans. We have these modes of delivery- hand delivery and via courier.

Ans. As soon as your order is confirmed you get an email with your order number on your registered e-mail id.

Q. Can you exactly tell what different statuses mean?

  • Payment received: We’ve received the payment of your order & your order is ready to be shipped.
  • Payment declined: It means the payment for your order has failed.
  • Order under Process: The payment for your order isn’t confirmed yet from the bank/gateway.
  • Vendor allocated: Your order has been communicated to the suitable florist to be finished as per your request
  • Vendor accepted: The filling florist has received the order allocated to them.
  • Out for delivery: Your order is out for delivery.
  • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered as mentioned.

Q. What does mean by midnight delivery?
Ans. It means the delivery of the order will be made between 11:45 PM to 12:45 AM on asked or projected delivery date.

Q. What date should I choose for midnight delivery?
Ans. You need to pick a date before the occasion or event. For example, if the occasion is on 25th April, then you need to choose the date of delivery as 24th April for midnight delivery.

Q. What is fixed-time delivery?
Ans. It means your order will be delivered as per the selected time that you will select while placing the order (Sometimes it May delivered 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the selected time)

Q. What does mean by next day delivery?
Ans. It means your order will be delivered next day from the date of delivery or from the selected date of the delivery.

Q. What does mean by same day delivery?
Ans. It means your order will be delivered on the same day on the day you are placing the order between 10 AM to 6 AM but we take the order of same day delivery before 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

Q. What does mean by normal courier delivery?
Ans. Under normal courier delivery, your orders will be delivered through different courier companies. The delivery will be made within 3-4 working days from the date of order placed.

Q. Is there any extra or additional charge for same day delivery?
And. No, there would be no extra charges in the same day delivery excluding fixed time delivery on the same day.

Q. I want to make an order for today’s delivery, which delivery option should I choose?
And. If you want to make a delivery today, choose the same day delivery option.

Q. I have to make an order for tomorrow or for future dates, which delivery option will be suitable?
Ans. If you want to make delivery tomorrow or for future dates, next day delivery option will be suitable.

Q. Till what time I can make an order for fix-time delivery/midnight delivery/ same day delivery and next time delivery?
Ans. For above stated delivery options, kindly find the below given cut-off:

Fix time Delivery: You can place an order under this option for same day till 6 PM with lead of 3 hours at least.

Midnight delivery: You can make an order under this option for the same day till 6 PM.

Same Day Delivery: Under this option you can place an order for same day till 2 PM.

Next Day Delivery: Under this option you can place an order same day till 2 PM but if the order placed after 2 PM  it’ll become a next day delivery option.

Q. Can billing address be changed?
Ans. To change the billing address contact our customer care team at support@giftalove.com or +91 9911717591. Make sure you intimate the changes one day before the delivery date in express product and for courier product inform us within 24 hours of placing an order.

Q. Can I change my product?
Ans. If you want to change your product or gift, contact us at support@giftalove.com or +91 9911717591. Any changes in order information can be considered if communicated at least one day before the delivery date. For express product inform one day before and for courier product inform within 24 hours of placing an order.

Q. Can receiver’s name be changed?
