The date chosen at the time of placing the order is just an estimate. The delivery of the product will be done before or after the date of delivery chosen.

Courier products are delivered separately than the hand delivered products.

Product deliveries are not done on Sundays and national holidays.

Delivery of the products cannot be redirected to any other address once it has been prepared for delivery.

Please provide the address on which a person will be available to receive orders as the courier team does not make any calls before delivering the products.

Care Guidelines

Always use a mild detergent to wash the soft toys.

Do not put the soft toy in the washing machine.

The soft toys can also be dry-cleaned.

Do not keep outdoors for air drying.
