• For Delivery in CANADA only.
• Attempt to deliver at the recipient address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• This product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your gift may be delivered a day prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
Substitution Policy
• Occasionally, substitution of brands/products is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced brands/products will be of similar weight. On rare occasions, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out , hence will be substituted with wine of comparable vintage. Please be assured that we will only substitute with a vintage for the same type, varietal.
• A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products like flowers or cakes.
• Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be available.
