We do not entertain order refunds or exchanges. We accept order exchange only in cases of damaged or defective products in the form of the same product and personalization only. Please share a parcel opening video of your order to qualify as an exchange.

Please raise a request by emailing us at support@giftalove.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Once you have raised a request for exchange, the product will be collected by us within 7 working days. The exchange will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and has been checked by our team for quality. If you have decided to self-ship the product, ensure that the product is dispatched within 48 hours after raising the request for exchange. The product must be packed properly to avoid damage.
