The image in the product description is for reference purpose. The color of the delivered soft toy may slightly vary.

The delivery of the products will be done before or after the date chosen for delivery. Date chosen by customer is only as estimate.

The delivery team does not deliver products on national holidays and Sundays.

No calls are made before the delivery of the products, so please provide the address of the person who will be available at the time of delivery to receive the product.

The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once it is out for delivery.

Hand delivered products and courier products are delivered separately.

Care Guidelines

Soft toys should be washed by hand and must not be washed in a washing machine.

You can also dry clean the soft toy.

Please do not keep the soft toys outdoors for drying.

Use mild detergent powder to wash to soft toys.
