Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The request for cancellation of the order should be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim the refund of the amount paid. No refund will be made once the delivery window of 48 hours commences.

2. No cancellation /refund will be initiated by us in case of-

  • Courier products which have been dispatched;
  • Personalized gifts

3. The cancellation of the order should be communicated to us via mail with the subject line “Cancellation Request for Order No. 1234” at support@giftalove.com. The mail for cancellation request must contain the flowing details-

  • Order Number
  • Reason of cancellation
  • Bank account details, in case of refunds.

4. The process of cancellation of an order will be initiated soon after receiving the above mail from the customer.

5. Refund of the paid amount shall be made under the following conditions:

  • The order is not delivered to the recipient from our end. (This excludes the case of absent recipient/wrong delivery address)
  • Order cancelled by us or by the customer.
  • If there is an issue with the quality of the product or products, we will look into the same. If the claim by the customer is found to be true, the product will either be replaced or we will initiate the refund process.

6. The refund can only be claimed by the customer in case of service failure. The team at Giftalove.com evaluates the eligibility of the order for refund process and our decision will be considered a final one.

7. The amount of the claimed refund must not exceed the amount paid by the customer. Giftalove.com is not accountable for any claim over and above the amount actually paid by him/her. The exempted or discounted amount cannot be claimed for refund.

8. Giftalove.com holds the discretionary powers in all matters relating to the cancellations, returns, and refunds.

9. In case of orders which we are unable to process from our end, we hold the right to cancel those orders and will intimate you before such cancellation.

10. There is no cancellation of requests of orders placed under the 'Same Day/Express Delivery' category.

11. No cancellations are considered on those products which are on offer on special events like Diwali, Pongal, Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc. These are limited-time offers and for that reason, cancellations are not possible.

12. Giftalove will not guarantee any refunds in case of products such as flowers, cakes, plants, and other perishable items delivered at the wrong delivery address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the order.

13. In case of the delivery of wrong/damaged product/partial delivery of products, please let us know at the earliest. A photograph of the product must be shared with us to resolve your issue within 24-48 hours. You can mail to us at support@giftalove.com or call us at 8882001155 (09:00 AM-9:00 PM, Monday-Saturday).

14. The refund of the paid amount will only be initiated within 24-48 hours through the mode which they opted while placing the orders. After the processing of the refund, it will take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
