1. Products and Pricing
- All products listed on Giftalove.com along with their descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services any time.
- In case of flowers and cakes, the products delivered may differ in appearance as they are Express delivery products. The images of these products shown on the website are only for suggestive purposes.
- All the products listed on Giftalove.com are subject to their availability. If there is any issue regarding this, we hold the right to substitute the product with the similar products.
- In case, a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or information, we will intimate the customers. If you have been already been charged for the order which we have cancelled on our end, Giftalove.com will refund the amount.
2. Orders & Acceptance of Orders
- The orders on Giftalove.com can only be placed online. Once the payment of products is made online by the customer, the delivery process commences.
- At the time of placing the order, you must provide the following accurate details of the recipient-
- Name of the receiver
- Address of the receiver
- Mobile Number
- As we have collaboration with the PayU gateway, we follow its strict instructions regarding the payment of the orders. The customer must not have indulged in the online fraudulent activities before.
- Your order is not accepted until Giftalove.com sends you the shipping information for the order.
- There is a certain sum which needs to be paid in addition to the amount of the product when a customer chooses a special delivery mode like Express, same day, next day, or midnight deliveries.
- We only accept orders meant for delivery in cities or countries mentioned in our site map.

3. Payment Terms
- For each product or service you order from the website, you agree to pay the price of the product and the delivery fees for the special delivery services opted (midnight, same day, next day).
- Payments made at the time of ordering products are subject to refund in case of valid cancellations of orders.
- For your convenience, Giftalove.com only accepts payments via online methods like Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal.
- The payment gateway on the Giftalove.com is subject to specific terms and condition and is absolutely safe and verified to make payments online.
- Order delivery is totally subject to the payment received by Giftalove.com. Unless Giftalove.com receives payment, no order will be processed.
- The other online modes of making payment include internet Banking, Paytm, PhonePe, Mobile wallets like MobiKwik and others.
- We provide free shipping worldwide to our esteemed customers.
4. Substitution Policy
Occasionally, the substitutions of flowers and cakes (Express delivery products) are necessary due to temporary or regional availability issues. Our experienced florists and bakers will ensure that the style, theme and color of the floral arrangement or the flavors of the cakes remain preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

6. Methods of Placing the Orders
- Online - Customer can place order on website and make the payment through below mentioned modes of online payment.
- Offline – By calling the call center of Giftalove.com.
7. Duplicate Orders
If you placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered.
If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable, we will take the decision on your behalf and that will be final.
Giftalove.com will not accept any product exchanges.
9. Damaged/Defective Products
If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to Giftalove.com within 24 hours of such delivery on +91 8882001155 and mail us the photographs of the same at email@example.com. We will either deliver a fresh product to you or refund you the amount paid by you for such product.
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, if Giftalove.com initiates refund, it takes 7-10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
10. Order-Related E-mails
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail which will include all the details of your order including the order number. To show our appreciation, you will receive confirmation e-mail from Giftalove.com when your gift has been delivered.
