Your gift may arrive in more than one packet/delivery based on the products in the gift for safety and packaging reasons based on state regulations.
• * Since flowers are perishable in nature, attempt to deliver at the recipient address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• * The chosen delivery date is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the delivery destination.
• * Special note for wine gifts: Recipient will be contacted and needs to be present to receive the wine. The recipient might be asked to show their ID for proof of age (only for 18+).
• * Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitution of flavors/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. We will not hold up an order and will simply automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage.
