I had placed an order of Rakhi Hamper named "Truly Loving" shown on your website. The order has been delivered as per scheduled on the given location. But the Rakhis shown in the hamper are different from the ones which are delivered, also the Bamboo plant was mentioned along with the glass jar but the glass jar is missing. Just want you to know that if you are going to change the mentioned products kindly please let me know through email about the same. Your service, delivery date all is very good and satisfactory but I am unsatisfied with the Rakhis which are delivered because I had selected the product which I liked and now the so called delivered Rakhis are not according to my choice. Kindly look into it that you deliver the products as shown on your website atleast the Rakhis as its Rakshabandhan. I sent Rakhis through your website even last year which was quite satisfactory but this year out of 2 orders which I placed one of them was not satisfactory. Thanks, Sonali Tandel
